NO, OUR CLASSES ARE NOT LIKE CROSSFIT. AT CHAR FITNESS CLUB, WE OFFER A DISTINCT FORMAT THAT PRIORITIZES SAFETY AND INCLUSIVITY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. OUR APPROACH FOCUSES ON WELL-STRUCTURED MOVEMENTS THAT ARE EASILY MODIFIABLE TO SUIT INDIVIDUAL ABILITIES, ENSURING THAT PROPER FORM IS EMPHASIZED TO PREVENT ANY RISK OF INJURY.
